Chair
Mr. Torres graduated from Wasco High School before
attending CSU Fresno. Prior to teaching, he worked
as a freelance videographer for ESPN, CBS Sports,
FOX Sports and was employed by CBS as a techie. He
also worked as a camera man on several "made for TV"
documentaries and as an amateur actor in several
student films for graduating film students. He is a
world traveler and enjoys

photography,
graphic design, and (of course) drawing. Mr. Torres
has two children - a boy and a girl and one day
would like to direct a feature film. |

Greg Sparks

Sparks is a proud
graduate of West Virginia University - "Let's Gooooo
Mountaineers!" Upon graduating in 1995, he accepted a
position in Easton Maryland teaching high school music.
He remained in this position for nine years before
accepting the position of Music Director at Wasco High
School in 2003. Mr. Sparks is proud to work in the Wasco
community. Besides camping with his family, spending
time
with his daughter and researching Sparks |

Sparks enjoys arranging Steel Orchestra music and
writing Drumline shows for other marching bands across
the country. |
