Application Instructions:

1. Pick up an application packet from the WUHS main office OR access an electronic version of the application in .pdf or .doc format from the WCSA Website (coming soon...) OR download from this site:

2. Complete the application by hand, using a typewriter, or electronically in .pdf or .doc format.
    

3. Print your application, collect all necessary documents, and mail to the following address by March 5th, 2012 to:

   Wasco, CA  93280

The application package may NOT be hand delivered.
